Hello, and welcome to my new site.

I created this site because I believe the local FSBO marketplace is best served by a LOCAL representative, someone that knows the local real estate market, neighborhoods, and competitive environment.  I know there are alot of other FSBO sites out there, but non are dedicated to our market.

I find it hard to believe that someone in California, where the subprime market has crippled the real estate market, can know about what's going on in the market in Henrico County.  Does someone in Florida, were housing prices are dropping, understand that in Chesterfield the market is stable. I think not.

So that's why I designed this site, but I need your help. I'm looking for ways to improve the site, both in content and form.  If you have something you would like us to add, or a suggestion for how we can improve things, please post it here.
